- Military identification card

Please have both parent and child state identification

Without proper ID we cannot provide piercing or tattoo services
If your ID is expired or clipped, you must bring in the renewal papers

We will not do piercings starting out with a hoop, it is required to have a healed piercing to have a hoop.
